The best financial arrangements are based on a knowledge of procedures required and the fees for those procedures. We need arrangements that are mutually acceptable to both the patient and our office. After determining the treatment to be provided, you will receive an itemized statement at the conclusion of each appointment. Payment is expected at each appointment for the procedures done that day. Payment may be by check, cash or credit card (Visa, MC, Discover or Amex.). Our office also offers several payment plans available to assist you. Each payment plan is individualized according to our patient's financial needs. Joetta will be glad to discuss these options with you in order to find the payment plan to fit your needs.

Insurance

For those who are covered by dental insurance, our office will file all the necessary documents for you. Further, Joetta will research your coverage and keep you informed of your status. Of course, patients are responsible for that portion of treatment which may not be covered by insurance. Most traditional insurance policies are accepted as well as most preferred provider organizations. We do not work with any DMO's as they require you to see only their providers. While insurance does not cover all expenses or all procedures, it is a financial help to those patients fortunate enough to be covered by a policy.
